Who we are
CLARA (“we,” “us”) operates a marketing site at claralege.com and is preparing to launch a Texas legislative tracking product. This policy explains what information we collect through the marketing site, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Waitlist signup: the email address you submit.
- Demo request: your name, work email, organization, role, and any optional message you provide.
- Server logs: your IP address and user-agent string when you submit a form. We keep these for spam analysis and abuse prevention.
- Site analytics: page views, page-load performance (Core Web Vitals), and product events like CTA clicks, form submissions, scroll depth, video plays, and FAQ expansions — attached to a pseudonymous identifier maintained by our analytics provider.
We do not collect payment information, biometric data, precise location, or session-replay recordings.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry or demo request.
- To send you product updates when CLARA opens to early users (waitlist signups only). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To monitor site performance and improve the product.
- To prevent spam and abuse. Form submissions are verified with Cloudflare Turnstile.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use the following service providers to operate the site:

Each provider processes your data under their own privacy policies. We share only what each provider needs to do its job.
Cookies and similar technologies
- We do not use cookies for advertising.
- Vercel Analytics and PostHog set a small number of cookies and local-storage entries to count visits and de-duplicate events. These are not used to identify you personally.
Your rights
You can:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from waitlist updates at any time.
Email legal@claralege.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Retention
We retain waitlist signups and demo requests until you ask us to delete them, or for a reasonable period after we discontinue the service.
