These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at claralege.com (the “Site”) operated by CLARA (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

The Site

The Site is a marketing presence for CLARA, an upcoming Texas legislative tracking product. The Site does not currently provide the product itself. Joining the waitlist or requesting a demo does not create any commercial relationship or guarantee access to the product.

Permitted use

You may view the Site, submit your information through the forms, and share links to public pages. You may not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site’s content without permission.
• Interfere with the Site’s operation or attempt to bypass its security features.
• Submit false information, or another person’s information without their consent.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, code, graphics — is owned by CLARA or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the Site for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLARA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The “Effective” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
